The Everglades, Florida, February 16, 2017: Fandango Pictures and Red Rocket Films are proud to announce the March 2017 World Premiere Private Screening of SHOTGUN, an ACTION “HILLBILLY” COMEDY short film starring J.J. Crowne, Eric Newcombe, Derek Latta, Andrew Williams, Valarie Moscato; directed by award winning filmmaker Ram Hernandez. Shot on Location Deep in the Swamps

SHOTGUN is the story of a young hustler who gets in over his head when he’s forced to marry Jethro’s daughter deep in the Florida swamps. Shotgun stars some great talent including JJ Crowne from Graceland (USA) and Every Witch Way (Nickelodeon). Directed by passionate & visionary filmmaker Ram Hernandez, an ex-CPA (fortune 100 companies) who has garnered many awards including four Telly’s, a Platinum Remi (WorldFest Houston) and a GAIA Award (Moondance). His recently completed thriller “Prowler” will be screening in Cannes, France at Festival International du Film PanAfricain de Cannes in April.

The private screening of SHOTGUN will be held on location where the film was shot… at Lucky Cole’s Outpost deep in the Florida swamps, amongst the gators, buzzards and pythons! Lucky’s was recently featured on AMC's “Ride With Norman” (with Peter Fonda and Norman Reedus).
