EverFit Celebrates Health with Fall Open House & Free Classes

Smaller boutique gyms are growing in popularity for numerous reasons including personalized service, friendlier atmospheres and fun class selections. Smaller classes create an intimate atmosphere where relationships are born while sweating. The classes are very challenging, yet the instructor is able to personally modify or adjust moves for clients in a smaller group. This unique experience creates a higher sense of satisfaction and is positive motivation to stay active on a regular basis. EverFit is perfect for all levels, from the beginning exerciser to the experienced fitness fanatic.

With this in mind, EverFit opened in March 2015 to offer a variety of classes to people on the western side of Kansas City. Dawn Rattan, a Kansas City native and the owner/creator of EverFit, located at 16200 Midland Drive in Shawnee loves giving members a diverse menu of class options to mix up workouts weekly. A variety of classes is available each day, including boxing, cycling, yoga, zumba, barre, weight training, HIIT and more—all led by certified instructors. EverFit offers over 50 group fitness classes per week to allow customers will find classes that match their interests and schedules. EverFit also strives to make fitness fun, hosting monthly Spin & Sip and Sunday Funday classes that include happy hours after class. The most unique class is the EverFit Tri--the class has 20 minutes of Cycling, 20 minutes of Boxing and 20 minutes of Cardio/Weights! (There's also a monthly 90 minute version!)
