Entuity Announces a New Integration with BMC’s TrueSight Intelligence Network Incidents and key metrics data now included for continuous insights with real-time analytics and machine learning

Entuity Network Analytics, used by many of the world’s largest, most mission-critical digital enterprises, today announced availability of a new integration capability with BMC TrueSight Intelligence. Incorporating Entuity Network Analytics into TrueSight Intelligence adds valuable network infrastructure related incidents, events and network metrics intensifying the predictive powers of machine learning.

Leveraging big data power and speed from TrueSight Intelligence (TSI), Entuity adds network data to the mix correlating metric-based anomalies alongside network-related incidents.For example, the Entuity data will clearly show if there were network incidents around the time of an anomaly.Within TSI, IT users can drill down into the detail of the network incident and, if necessary, drill into Entuity in context to find and resolve the issue.Ultimately, this provides faster resolution for improved end-user digital workplace experiences and improved IT operational efficiency.

Not only does TrueSight Intelligence extrapolate real-time network incidents with Entuity, it also takes advantage of its complete cloud-based big data capability.For instance, TSI can listen to social media events from a Twitter feed that may indicate that a number of users are complaining about a given service being down and can quickly match up that there was also a network outage incident 5 minutes earlier. Using data from virtually any source including Entuity’s network data, enables TrueSight Intelligence to deliver accurate, fast, data-driven decisions for digital service improvement and innovation.
