First Farm to Bottle 10 year Whiskey in NW

Dry Fly Distilling, recognized as one of the most awarded small distilleries in the US, will release its first Single Malt Whiskey, a 10 year old farm to bottle product, at noon on Saturday February 17th at the distillery tasting room. 

The whiskey was first barreled on January 4th, 2008, and is not only the first 10 year old Dry Fly product, but is also the first barrel ever produced by the distillery. The grain used was 100% Washington state grown showing Dry Fly’s commitment to local agriculture.A small amount of the 10 year product was moved to the next single malt barrel, scheduled for release later this year. The total release is 160 bottles selling for a retail of $149.95. The release is expected to sell out quickly. 

Dry Fly will continue the tradition of releasing older variations of its current whiskies along with new older products as time goes on, following it’s fly fishing based vision/mission of patience, precision, persistence, grace, and art.

Dry Fly, founded in early 2007 sells product in 25 states and exports to 20 countries outside the United States.
