Dr. Victor Roberts selected as Top Endocrinologist of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP)

Victor L. Roberts, MD, MBA, FACP, FACE, CPE, an Endocrinologist with the Endocrine Associates of Florida, P.A. in Lake Mary, Florida, was named Top Endocrinologist of the Year for 2018 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for his outstanding leadership, dedication and commitment to the health field.

With having more than 35 years of professional experience in Endocrinology, Dr. Roberts has certainly proven himself as an extraordinary professional, and expert in the field.Dr. Roberts is a dynamic, results-driven leader who has demonstrated success not only within his private practice with the Endocrine Associates of Lake Mary, Florida, but also as an educator, a researcher and as an academic volunteer.Aside from his very busy practice, Dr. Roberts also serves as a Professor of Internal Medicine within the University of Central Florida-College of Medicine, Clinical Professor of Medicine and Clinical Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Florida, Clinical Professor of Clinical Sciences at Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee.

Dr. Roberts’s expertise is in diabetes, metabolic and thyroid disorders, metabolic bone disease, pituitary disease, and lipid disorders.Endocrine Associates of Florida, P.A., is a private clinical practice serving Central Florida as well as several Latin American Countries.The practice specializes in consultative endocrinology, diabetes, adult growth hormone deficiency, pituitary disorders, hyperlipidemia and metabolic bone disease. In addition, the Clinic offers leading edge technology for intensive diabetes management, which includes insulin pumps, on site-education classes, and personal continuous glucose monitoring. Aside from his successful career, Dr. Roberts is a sought after speaker, lecturer and published author.He is Editor of First Messenger of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Diabetes Research and Therapy and is on the Editorial Board of Internal Medicine News.

Dr. Roberts received his Medical Degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and he speaks multiple languages. His internal medicine residency was at the Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y. and fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at the University of Miami in Florida.
