Dr. Shahnoz Rustamova selected as Woman of the Year for 2018 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).

Dr. Shahnoz Rustamova, OB/GYN Owner of Central Park Medical and Central Park Cosmetics, was selected as “Woman of the Year” for 2018 and "Humanitarian of the Year" for 2017 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). 

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only 1 person is selected as Woman of the Year and only 1 individual is selected as the Humanitarian of the Year.  The Woman of the Year Award signifies IAOTP’s most outstanding female member who has gone above and beyond excellence not only in her field but has demonstrated success professionally, personally and has been a leader in her community.  This woman has made an impact on people’s lives around the world and for 2018 IAOTP is so proud to give this award to Dr. Rustamova.  The Humanitarian of the Year is an award that is given for an individual’s outstanding commitment and contributions to society. IAOTP is incredibly honored to be able to recognize Dr. Rustamova for her philanthropic efforts and dedication.  Dr. Rustamova is a woman who steps away from her 2 busy Central Park Offices and she is a woman who has given selflessly and worked tirelessly to better the lives of others and society at large.

Dr. Rustamova will be announced as Woman of the Year at IAOTP’s 2017 Annual Award Gala being held at the Ritz Carlton in Battery Park, NYC.  She received the Humanitarian of the Year award at the 2016 IAOTP’s Annual Award Gala which was held at the Garden City Hotel.  She was presented with the Crystal Globe engraved piece for her global travels to do nonprofit work and she also was featured on the Thomas Reuters billboard in Times Square NY.  www.iaotp.com/award-gala

Throughout her career Dr. Rustamova and her team have travelled to rural villages in Nepal, India and Haiti to combat malnutrition, provide basic medical care, test for TB, HIV and other STD’s.  Her and her team have volunteered, shared their medical wisdom and given support to help the needs of the community.  Dr. Rustamova has started a nonprofit called CPMP Angels http://cpmpangels.org/ where she uses the money from her two practices in order to continue their humanitarian and missionary healthcare work. 

Dr. Rustamova has been recognized worldwide and she has received numerous awards for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession.  In 2007 she was the recipient of “Resident of the Year Award” and “Best Teaching Resident” by Jamaica Hospital Department of OB/GYN.   She was listed as “Top Doctor” with American Registry from 2010-2016.  She was the recipient of the Patient’s Choice Award as “Best OB/GYN”, Selected as a “Top 101 Industry Expert” with Worldwide Branding and chosen to grace the front cover of Pro-Files Magazine. For 2016 selected as Top Doctor of the Year, 2017 named Humanitarian of the Year and now for 2018 selected as “Woman of the Year” by the International Association of Top Professionals.  Dr. Rustamova remains as an active member with the North American Menopause Society (NAMS), the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, the International Society of Cosmetogynecology and was certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).  She received her Medical Degree with Samarkand State Medical Institute and finished her Residency with Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.  She speaks English, Farsi, Russian, Uzbek and is affiliated with St. Luke’s Roosevelt, and Queens Hospital.
