Dr. Marium Murad selected as Top Healthcare Leader of the Year for 2017 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).

Dr. Marium Murad, Medical Doctor & Founder of Movement is Blessed LLC ©, has been named "Top Healthcare Leader of the Year" for 2017 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP)! 

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations and contributions to their communities.  All honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP’s annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.

With over 25 years of professional experience in the medical field and alternative healing practices, Dr. Murad has certainly proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in the healthcare industry. As a dynamic results-driven leader, Dr. Murad has demonstrated success not only in the healthcare field, but also as a delegate and advocate in helping people’s health and wellness within the body.  Dr. Murad is the pioneer in developing the “Movement is Blessed”© program, which emphasizes using the body’s own natural motion for health and harmony.   She originally designed this program to help her immobilized mother, who suffered from back and heart related illnesses.  Her specific exercise techniques are based on proven scientific principles, that although our bodies may become physically slow, the internal body cannot slow down, the heart beats and all internal organs continue to function to sustain life.  She aims to de-stress the heart and improve circulation to detox all internal organs by using a series of specific natural exercises.   Dr. Murad says, “If we allow our bodies to remain immobile, poor circulation is the main cause of a decrease in one’s overall health and wellness.” Her quote in which her program is founded upon is “Life is Movement, Movement is Life.” TOEZERCISE: One Exercise Complete Workout System is gaining incredible recognition rapidly worldwide. 

Dr Murad's MB (c) is a simple self-education program for all ages and all health conditions. Toezercise can be done when one is awake, asleep, home, hospitalized or hospice. She has traveled globally to attend conferences, seminars and has been invited to speak at numerous occasions. The program has recently been translated into Braille, Braille Reader, Spanish, Vietnamese and others to follow. Dr. Murad graduated from Fatimah Jinnah Medical College in Lahore for her Medical Degree.

Throughout her illustrious career Dr. Murad’s work has been recognized worldwide and she has received numerous awards and accolades for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession.  In 2013 & 2014 she was named VIP Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women.  In 2015 named “Top Female Executive” by the International Women’s Leadership Association.  For 2016 Dr. Murad was named a Delegate for the IWLA, and named “Top Healthcare Leader of the Year” with the International Association of Top Professionals for 2016 & 2017.  Dr. Murad was honored at IAOTP’s Annual Award Gala and was chosen as a keynote speaker.
