Delta Controls FZCO acquires Versatech Automation FZE Company

Delta Controls FZCO, a fully owned subsidiary of Seven Seas Petroleum Group, Oman and a turnkey Solution provider for Control Systems, Instrumentation & Automation Solutions from Consulting to After Sales Support, announces the acquisition of Versatech Automation FZE, a subsidiary of Versatech Automation Services LLC, a US based automation systems and services provider.

Versatech Automation FZE’s wide range of automation products & services would be an added advantage to Delta Controls’ current portfolio. The combined solutions will assist the customers in their complete automation needs.

Versatech Automation FZE is a leading provider of automation systems and services to the global energy market. Its footprint spans across multiple projects in various countries in the Oil and Gas sector.
