Dean Blackey named Managing Director Of R.W. Holmes Realty Co.

Dean Blackey has been named Managing Director of R.W. Holmes Realty Co. in Wayland.  Since joining the company as a commercial real estate broker in 1999, he has represented over 350 of suburban Boston’s most prominent businesses.  Currently, Dean represents over two million square feet of office and industrial properties for sale or lease in the MetroWest area.

“Dean has played a significant role in our company’s growth,” noted R.W. Holmes President Garry Holmes whose father founded the company in 1976 and celebrated their 40^th Anniversary last year.  “His knowledge of our market and his instinct for identifying trends in the commercial real estate arena will provide the vision and experience needed in tomorrow’s competitive commercial real estate industry,” he added.

Blackey, an 18-year veteran at R.W. Holmes, cites office and industrial properties and investment as his specialty although he has a comprehensive understanding of all facets of commercial real estate brokerage.  His past clients include Partners HealthCare, Perini Corporation, Middlesex Savings Bank, Atlantic Management and the Massachusetts Dental Society. Dean currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Metro West Chamber of Commerce.
