COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL WESTMAC ARRANGES $3.3 MILLION SALE OF COMMERCIAL BUILDING TO USER BUYER IN LOS ANGELES, CA

A private seller has sold its West L.A. commercial property at 11714-11720 W. Pico Boulevard for $3,300,000. Located near the corner of Pico Boulevard and Barrington Avenue, the 9,200 square foot mixed use building is comprised of office, retail and two rooftop billboards.

“This is the first time in 50 years that the property has gone up for sale.” T.C. Macker, CCIM said. “We had a lot of interested parties that are attracted to the changing landscape, unmatched exposure, and proximity to ample amenities.” The two-story building is surrounded by new residential and commercial developments and is less than a half-mile from the Santa Monica (I-10) and San Diego (I-405) freeways.
