Colbert Cooper Hill Attorneys Offers a Scholarship Opportunity for Local Students

Colbert Cooper Hill Attorneys, an established personal injury law firm in Oklahoma, has recently offered a $1,000 scholarship opportunity to assist one student who is enrolling, or currently enrolled at a university in the state of Oklahoma.  

John Colbert and his entire staff are advocates for education and believe that every student should have the chance to further their knowledge through higher education. Growing up in a small community himself, Colbert knows the impact that education can have on a young person’s life and the community as a whole. “Gaining an education not only benefits the student but helps create a thriving society,” said Mr. Colbert.  

Many times, the high cost of tuition can prevent some students from pursuing their academic goals. The firm’s scholarship opportunity is intended to alleviate some of the financial burdens that countless students face when attending college. “All too often, finances are the reason a young person can’t go to college. We want to help change that,” Mr. Colbert commented.  

If you are currently enrolled or planning to enroll at a two or four-year college or university and are interested in applying for the scholarship, you must provide a transcript.

In order to be considered for the scholarship, applicants must also submit an essay that answers this question: What has been your most rewarding life experience while working in a team environment?
