Chandana Basu, CEO and PPJ HEALTHCARE ENTERPRISES, INC. Announces Today That It Intends to Bring Defamation Case Against Janice Shell of Investors' Hub.

PPJ Healthcare Enterprises, Inc. (“the Company”) ticker symbol (OTCPINK: PPJE) has announced today that it will bring a defamation action to recover damages for massive losses due to ongoing relentless campaigns of attacks by Janice Evans Shell of Ardmore, Pennsylvania.

Years ago, Janice Shell started on an unrelenting, malicious and criminal campaign to destroy PPJE and Ms. Basu. Her actions included but were not limited to, the following:

First, she intentionally concealed the Federal Court's finding:

which was the basis of the Company’s lawsuit against Former Client Narinder Singh Grewal, MD of Valencia, CA.

She posted false information about the PPJE and its CEO on 100’s of occasions on InvestorsHub.com and elsewhere, including false information on the Grewal trial. Shell interfered with business relations with prospective clients by means of fraudulent statements. She promoted frivolous lawsuits against PPJE and Basu by means of fraud.

Shell interfered with the personal business of its CEO by interfering with a trustee's office and Sutter County and then with the balance of a property tax sale causing Ms. Basu to lose more than $400,000 that belong to her children. 

Ms. Basu noted, “Her efforts over the years to destroy PPJE are beyond count. Her fraud and defamation have resulted in many, many millions in lost contracts.”

She has been involved in jury tampering and destruction of evidence, including bribing an attorney and a PPJE employee. She has criminally instigated frivolous lawsuits against PPJE and Ms. Basu. She provided fraudulent information to regulatory authorities in multiple attempts to get PPJE and Ms. Basu sanctioned.

In order to do all this, she has to be highly paid yet she has not disclosed who her

financial backer is, thus violating Section 17B and committing securities fraud.

She continued in this criminal and malicious course of conduct despite having received two Cease and Desist letters. Rather she chose to ignore them both.
