The real estate industry is about to go through a new revolution with the launch of a groundbreaking app that will allow users to buy and sell homes right from their smart phone.  The next innovation in real estate will soon be launched by Trent Real Estate, South Florida’s premium real estate agency.

The hassles associated with buying and selling properties will soon be a thing of the past. The first build of the revolutionary new app and its underlying software by Trend Real Estate is complete. The app enables anyone to buy, sell or rent real estate directly from their phone. With the seed funding of $150,000 complete, the app is now at the Series A funding stage.

The new app streamlines the real estate process to perfection. Users fill out key information such as description, mortgage related data and inspection days, and select their agent and commission percentage they are willing to pay. The app features a complete database of agents competing for business. Upon acceptance, the details are time stamped and sent to both parties as a real estate contract. Other features of the app include filling up mortgage documents and services such as property inspection.
