Brett Neil Saunders selected as Top Entrepreneur of the Year in Business Innovation and Coaching by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP)

Brett Neil Saunders, is a motivated and successful entrepreneur and business mentor, and has been named "Top Entrepreneur of the Year in Business Innovation and Coaching" for 2020 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).  

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only 1 male and 1 female Entrepreneur are chosen for this distinction. Brett is being recognized with Top Entrepreneur of the Year in Business Innovation and Coaching for having 2 decades of professional experience as a trusted managing director, entrepreneur, and global executive.  

Brett Saunders has demonstrated success not only as CEO of HIFLOW, he has been successful in all positions that he has held. His impressively dynamic background and portfolio of roles include, being a Board Director and shareholder of Surgical Biofix a biomedical company, Saunders Development Group a Property Development enterprise, plus multiple acquisitions and turn arounds. One of Brett’s key strategic successes as a Director at Surgical Biofix has highlighted his aptitude for innovation as he has been integral in introducing ground-breaking amni-allograft medical technology to the Australian market. Brett’s refusal to be hampered by barriers-to-market through addressing problems with a strong ‘solutions only’ attitude has resulted in ground-breaking medical technology reaching those much in need within Australia. Saunders Development Group was founded during some well-deserved vacation time for Brett when he identified an opportunity too enticing to look over, and as a result Saunders Development Group was launched and can boast it’s successfully completed property development projects. Brett’s eye for opportunity never sleeps and over the years has seen him acquire a diverse variety of failing companies which he turned into successful profitable enterprises. 

Brett is also recognised as a philanthropist, mentor, motivator and champion of those with the right attitude. Within this motivational space during a global crisis Brett launched his first YouTube channel ‘Free Money Channel’ where he inspires and motivates others to harness their potential and realise their dreams.  

Brett’s recognition as a source of business knowledge saw him invited in 2016 to speak with the Prime Minister of Australia (Malcolm Turnbull) on national TV regarding jobs and growth.

Throughout his illustrious career, Brett has been active in his community and recognized for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. He has received many awards and accolades’ for his company and team, receiving BRW Fast Start Company in 2009, Smart 50 Award Listed Company and BRW Fast 100 Company in 2010. In 2011 he was a finalist for Telstra’s Best Medium Business Award and ARBS (Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Building Services) National Finalist.  In 2012 he won the ARBS Australia Outstanding Maintenance and Service Provider.  In 2014 he was the winner of the Executive of the Year in Operations Management Industry, recipient of the ARBS Australia Young Achiever Award, and finalist for the AIRAH Awards, Future Leader Award. For 2017, Brett was named Top CEO of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals and was featured on the famous Reuters Billboard in Times Square NYC.  For 2018 he graced the front cover of TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and was named Business Innovator of the Year by IAOTP.  For 2020 he was selected as Top Entrepreneur of the Year in Business Innovation and Coaching for 2020 and he will be honoured at IAOTP’s 5th Annual Awards Gala being held at the iconic Plaza Hotel in NYC at the end of this year.
