BETSOL Completes the Acquisition of Zmanda Enterprise Backup

BETSOL is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of Zmanda from Carbonite, Inc. for an undisclosed amount in an all-cash deal.

Zmanda (https://zmanda.com/) is an enterprise backup and disaster recovery solution with hundreds of enterprise customers. It is the leader in cloud and open-source backup software, protecting over 1,000,000 systems worldwide.
