ROCHESTER, NY - 01/11/2017 (PRESS RELEASE JET)

This month BCC Software is pleased to announce the launch of “Lien In,” an hour-long educational webcast focused on sharing the latest postal and direct communications trends. Hosted by BCC Software president Chris Lien, “Lien In” brings national industry experts together in a roundtable format for a free, live event. In January, “Lien In” kicks off by promoting the importance of building strong ties with the United States Postal Service in “Creating a Subject Matter Expert.” The webcast will be held Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at 11 a.m. EST. Click here to register.

“Dedicating a person in your organization to being a postal subject matter expert ensures that your business stays compliant and up-to-date on USPS® regulatory changes,” said Lien. “In our first webcast, we hope viewers come away empowered with resources and insights to invest back into their own businesses by establishing a certified in-house expert.”

Joining Lien on January 18 will be:

  • Janine Egloff: Egloff, who serves as the Manager for United States Postal Service Business Mail Entry in the Western New York District, joined the USPS 19 years ago as a clerk in Niagara Falls. She worked as a bulk mail technician for 10 years prior to being promoted to management. In addition to her management role, she’s active with both the Buffalo Niagara and Greater Rochester Postal Customer Councils (PCC).
  • Robbie Cramer: Cramer joined Direct Logistics in 2006, selling Dropship Services to mailing companies nationwide. Today, as the Sales Director, he helps companies take advantage of Work Share programs with the USPS. He has been a member of several industry associations and an active board member of the greater Dallas PCC and Fort Worth PCC since 1998. He is currently the Industry Co-Chair for the Fort Worth PCC.
  • Michelle Brown: With 25 years’ experience within the postal industry, Brown is an expert in sophisticated mailing and shipping strategies. She serves as the Director of Fulfillment for Xpressdocs, a direct marketing solutions provider, overseeing the shipping, mailing, and data services department. Brown has served on the Fort Worth PCC board since 2012. She was awarded the 15th annual Ruthie Award in September 2016 in recognition of her mail-related achievements and innovations.

In this broadcast, viewers will learn the importance of having an in-house expert, where to start, and how their company can continue to develop and educate this person.

This presentation is free and open to both BCC Software customers and non-customers. Register today here.
