Arizona Hotel Finds Innovative Solution To Meet Business Guests Needs

The Ramada Kingman Hotel and Resort in Kingman Arizona recently announced the conversion of a limited number of guest rooms on the property into "Micro Offices" or Mini Office Suites.

These new offices are designed to support guests travelling or staying at the Hotel on business and are available for a daily, weekly or monthly rental fee. They can also be used by anyone who needs a small office space for a short amount of time. They also provide sales representatives in town for business, or contractors spending a few nights while they work on projects a turnkey facility suitable for small meetings, working online and/or online meetings.

“We had some rooms that were being underused and we get so many business guests anyway, I thought it would be a good idea to create and offer this enhanced service.” says Ramada Kingman Sales Manager Robert Walton. “We’ve already had a great response, so it looks like it was a great idea.” added Walton.

These Micro-Office suites offer private, easily accessible entry at street level with ample parking. Furnishings include a desk and office chair, file cabinet, and coffee table and armchairs, HDTV, and Wi-Fi internet hookup. Also, available upon request are a fax machine, copier and tripod with dry erase board, and landline phone service. Each office also has its own bathroom.

Walton added “The adjoining restaurant, Canyon 66 Restaurant and Lounge, with private meeting rooms as well as media equipment for presentations, and an expansive menu, are ideal for larger meetings, as well as dinner or lunch meetings. An on-site exercise room, pool, and refurbished rooms further ensure that Ramada Kingman is ideally suited to meet the needs of business clients.” These new Micro-Offices are in addition to the Business Center in the Hotel that is a complimentary service and also used by guests for conducting business while staying at the Hotel.

Final construction of the Micro-Offices are just being completed, with a limited number of offices being available immediately.
