About the Honorable Robert A. Fall, J.A.D.

The Honorable Robert A. Fall, a Point Pleasant resident, was first appointed to the Superior Court in 1986, and in 1998 was named to the Appellate Division of Superior Court, the state’s second highest court. A New Jersey State Bar Association Judge member since 2005, Judge Fall is a member of the Family Law Section. 

A member of the Supreme Court Family Practice Committee, he was formerly a Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division where he served as Presiding Judge from June, 2005 to August 31, 2006, and Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part in Ocean County from January 1989 to July 31, 1998.

About Curtis J. Romanowski, Esq.

Curtis J. Romanowski, Esq., a Wayside resident, is a former Special Assistant U.S. Attorney and U.S. Navy JAG Corps Officer with experience in conducting complex trials dating back to 1980.
