Adrienne Handley selected as "Top Finance Director of the Year" for 2016 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP)!

Adrienne Handley, Finance Director with Medical Center Healthcare Systems-FHC, was selected as "Top Finance Director of the Year" for 2016-2017 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). 

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations and contributions to their communities.  All honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP’s annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.

With over 15 years of professional experience in the financial and healthcare field, Adrienne has certainly proved herself as an accomplished professional and expert in the industry. As a dynamic, results-driven leader, she has demonstrated success not only as a Finance Director, but also as an Entrepreneur, Youth Minister, COO and Human Resource Manager.

As Finance Director with Medical Center Health System FHC, Adrienne’s key responsibilities are, to provide financial direction and accountability of the organization.  She is responsible for the overall financial management of the Family Health Center, preparation and presentation of financial statements, maintenance of fiscal and accounting records, compilation of budgets and management reports, supervision of accounting, and grants management. Adrienne also runs her own business A&D Residential Investments LLC. in Odessa, TX where she owns and rents efficiency apartments up to four bedroom homes.   Being raised by a family of ministers Adrienne also was a Minister where she aided teenagers and college age youths back to have Christ in their lives and helped them with their spiritual growth.  Adrienne was there as a confident, mentor, friend and role model to help support these teens through their dreams and give them vision for their future.

Adrienne received her Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Management, from Lubbock Christian University in 2005.  She then received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the American InterContinental University in 2007.

Adrienne remains active in her community and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. In 2014 she was inducted as a member and selected as “Professional Woman of the Year” by the National Association of Professional Women. In 2016 she was the recipient of the “Diamond Lifetime Achievement Award in the field of Healthcare” with Continental Who’s Who, and selected as “Top Finance Director of the Year” with the International Association of Top Professionals.

Looking back, Adrienne attributes her success to her late husband Randall, who supported her through her education and in her career and to her children, who inspired her to strive for excellence and success.  For the future, she will continue to grow as a professional and stay true to her motto “Put God first, he’ll put you first.”
