AdminiSMART Launches Easy HRO, the “Un-PEO”

AdminiSMART is excited to announce the launch of an alternative solution that allows small and mid-sized businesses a way to acquire essential employee management services without the high price tag of a PEO (Professional Employer Organization). The official launch date for their Easy HRO service is February 1, 2018.

AdminiSMART believes their solution provides businesses too small to afford their own fully staffed HR department with an alternative that is both flexible and significantly more cost effective. PEOs, which generally charge an administrative fee of $100-200 per employee per month, offer their clients a comprehensive solution that includes payroll, HR services, employee benefits and workers compensation.

AdminiSMART’s Easy HRO solution provides a modular approach where clients can opt to keep their current payroll vendor and insurance brokers. The fees, which depend on which modules are selected, can be as low as $10 per month and, in every case, below those charged by a PEO.
