Education Systems, Inc. announces that West Virginia State University, a 4- year traditional public institution of over 2,900 students will be using EMAS Retention Pro to help guide their student success. 

Poor student attendance is one widely recognized indicator of persistence risk. WVSU will now leverage EMAS Retention Pro to alert both the student AND ‘service providers’ (instructors and advisors) by triggering an alert whenever the “Number of Days Absent” exceeds limits.  With EMAS Retention Pro, Communication Plans, created at the term beginning, will to be available for every individual student or group of students. These plans may be based on data model risk scores, student attributes, and/or any other specific criteria.  These may be scheduled to be sent automatically.

• Early alerts to at-risk students and advice to their support providers
