Guidry Land Development Founder Cliff Guidry Partners with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for New Distribution Facility

Enterprise Rent-A-Car, in 2016, owned nearly 1.3 million cars for rent, according to Auto Rental News. This is over two and a half times more vehicles available to customers than the next largest competitor, Hertz. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is continuing expansion with a new distribution center planned for completion in June 2017.

Partnering with Cliff Guidry, founder and owner of Guidry Land Development, Enterprise Rent-A-Car has secured two acres of land on Ambassador Caffery Parkway. This property is under construction across from Service Chevrolet Cadillac. Once completed this new Enterprise Rent-A-Car distribution center will house 200 vehicles which will be available to rental outlets in the Acadiana area. The Acadania area of Louisiana is made up of 23 counties in the southern region of the state.

This new Enterprise Rent-A-Car distribution center will allow Enterprise to keep modern and clean rentals available to nearby locations to better serve customers. The central to most rental locations will allow easier transport of rental cars with minimal impact on available selection at each Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in the Acadania region of Louisiana.

Planned time of completion on this new Enterprise Rent-A-Car distribution center is June 2017. This is a joint effort between Guidry Land Development LLC and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
