American Oil & Gas Inc. Provides Corporate Update

The Board of Directors of American Oil & Gas Inc. (OTC Markets: AOIX), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ronald Pantin as Chief Executive Officer and board member effective immediately. Mr. Shane Reeves will continue to serve as interim president and board member.
Mr. Pantin was previously a co-founder and served as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Pacific Exploration & Production. During Mr. Pantin’s leadership, Pacific was a premier independent oil company in Latin America, achieving gross production levels exceeding 300,000BOE/D. Mr. Pantin worked in the Venezuelan oil industry for over twenty-three years where he has held numerous senior executive level positions at Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), including; President of Corporacion Venezolana del Petroleo, President of PDVSA Exploration, President of PDVSA Servicios. During Mr. Pantin’s tenure, PDVSA was the second largest producing oil company in the world with record levels of production.
