Affinity Enterprise Group acquires SGF Contracting Services, Inc. to support real estate investors

Affinity Enterprise Group has acquired a majority interest in SGF Contracting Services, Inc., a provider of rehab and renovation services for real estate investors, asset managers, and landlords. The SGF team of project management professionals collaborates with clients to provide solutions to meet unique requirements using the latest cloud-based technology to track their project timelines, budgets, and messages. Headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, with an office in Charlotte, North Carolina, SGF currently serves clients in nine states including Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Affinity Enterprise Group serves real estate investors across the country and plans to expand SGF to a national footprint.
