Wilk Auslander Announces Three New Partners

Wilk Auslander is proud to announce the election of Julie Cilia, Mark Clyman and Marc Selden to the firm partnership.

Julie Cilia is a member of our litigation department and represents our clients in a broad range of complex judgment enforcement, commercial, and securities litigation matters in both state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution. Her experience includes a particular focus on dispositive motion practice, and she regularly drafts briefs at the trial and appellate levels. Julie has represented a wide variety of clients, including a large institutional bank, a boutique investment bank, an energy company, and individuals. 

Mark S. Clyman is a corporate attorney and represents domestic and international public and privately held companies, lending institutions, and private equity firms in corporate law transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured financing transactions, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and other complex and traditional transactions. Mark also represents clients in real estate financing transactions, including mortgage lending, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity investments.  He has represented clients in many different industries, including information technology, media, apparel, aviation, industrial, food and beverage, banking, and expert consulting. 

Marc Selden is an attorney in the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Tax Practice. Marc’s practice focuses on the design and implementation of estate, business succession, and asset protection plans that achieve the objectives of the individuals, families, and business owners he represents. Marc’s approach is to make the complex simple by asking the right questions to fully understand his clients’ concerns, to identify potential problems, and develop solutions that accomplish the clients’ goals. His ultimate objective is to implement a plan that provides comfort and confidence to his clients. Marc’s expertise, combined with the firm’s resources, enables him to meet our clients’ objectives in a practical, comprehensive, and efficient manner.
