Theorem Fund Services Unveils Industry Leading Technology Enhancement

Theorem Fund Services LLC, an award-winning, full-service fund administrator, announced today a series of technology enhancements intended to dramatically enrich the service offering it currently provides to its clients and their investors. Among the released changes are a dynamic, user-driven web portal and the introduction of a new Fund Fact Sheet service that will provide customized fact sheet reporting to assist clients with their marketing initiatives.

The introduction of the new web portal will allow clients and their investors to view dynamic capital statements across multiple investment entities and accounts. It will also provide access to historical return information and capital transactions with just a few clicks of a button. In addition, an online document library will provide secure access to all historical investor statements, tax documents and executed subscription booklets. The rollout of the new fund fact sheet product will allow fund managers to graphically present their fund information to current and potential investors along with historical data and statistics, which would normally require production by a third-party marketing vendor.
