Simon's Sportswear - Back to School Bash

  NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL - 08/23/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET)

Simons Sportswear teamed up with Puma and Sprayground for their First Annual Family Fun Day Back to School Bash to ensure kids go back to school with supplies and backpacks they will feel confident wearing.  Family Fun Day kicked off at Perry Park – Wellman Field SW 34^th Street and SW 68^th Ave, Miramar, FL 33023.

Partners such as Supa Friends, 99 Jamz, Walker Chiropractic & Wellness Center and more have helped make this day a memorable one.

There were live performances by B. Smyth, Hip Hop Kidz, Jazlynn Q, K-Dot, Mo Maor, We Woke and more. Kids and families got to experience health and fitness fun by Mary J and onsite health screening by Dr. Vanessa Walker. Food and beverage vendors such as PDQ, House of Mac, TyTy’s, Hungry Howies and Just Water kept the families well fed and dehydrated through the festivities. Sounds by 99 Jamz DJ Hercules and a kid’s fun zone kept the guests entertained through the afternoon.  

For us, it’s always been about our surrounding communities. To see the kid’s faces, light up when they are feeling confident going into the new year is enough for us. Our motto is simple “We rise by lifting others” says Alon Nelson, General Manager of Simon’s Sportswear.

Simon’s Sportswear is now a landmark that has twenty-four doors across South Florida. With over three hundred employees to date, their community ties have grown and will continue to grow. With the recent launch of their website and two more stores opening this year, there is no limit to what they can do for the people of South Florida.
