Savvy & Company partners with HowLoud, Inc. to deliver noise information for homes

Savvy & Company is Florida's first real estate firm, and among the first nationwide, to offer noise information for homes through a new partnership with California-based HowLoud Inc.
HowLoud's Soundscore™ technology uses a patented algorithm that rates properties for a variety of noise sources, such as airports, traffic, and local sources. Savvy's website will allow potential buyers to search and view properties based on noise.
With this breakthrough technology, which has been featured in Gizmodo, Digital Trends and Yahoo! Tech, properties eligible for a Soundscore™ will include a rating for each factor in the score, along with an overall rating from 50 (very loud) to 100 (very quiet).
