MCPHERSON, KS - 02/15/2017 (PRESS RELEASE JET) — Author Daniel Schwindt has launched Catholic Front, a new website dedicated to the study of Catholic Social Teaching.
The site provides a comprehensive guide to Catholic Social Teaching as an ongoing, dynamic project that will be regularly updated in order to help the faithful apply Catholic principles in contemporary situations.
“Catholic Social Teaching has been called the ‘unexploded dynamite’ of the Catholic Church, because it is so powerful and yet so little used.” Schwindt said. “We think this is mostly due to lack of awareness that this body of teachings even exists. We want to change that by providing insights into these ideas and exploring their relevance to contemporary social issues.”
