Singer/songwriter Mrs. X is proud to announce that  her eagerly awaited new single "Monday Sunshine" is officially released!.

“Monday Sunshine,” a 3-track single, is available for downloading on iTunes, Amazon, GooglePlay, 7Digital and any other global download site. You can also stream it on Spotify, Deezer, Tidal and all the other popular streaming platforms.

“Monday Sunshine” is the next single by singer/songwriter Mrs. X to be released by PR Delft Music! and iMusician Digital  as part of the “Pop à la carte” project. And, the timing couldn’t be better. Her previous hit singles, produced by London sound wizard Sefi Carmel, “80 Miles Away” and “He Plays Rock and Roll” are rapidly gaining more and more traction throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and North America.

So, just when we thought we knew what to expect next from Mrs. X, she surprises us and treats us to something new and different, something refreshing. “’Monday Sunshine’ is a happy song, a feel good song, a wellness song,” explains Mrs. X.

“I am most definitely a half-full kind of girl, I always try to be optimistic. You never know where inner-peace will come from, usually it is the small things in life, little miracles that happen around us all the time, if we slow down and take the time to notice. It can be as simple as a ray of sunshine.

“Monday Sunshine” demonstrates how creative and innovative Mrs. X truly is, always evolving, adding to and redefining her singular and evermore versatile “Pop à la carte” style. 

“Music and the sun have always been soul mates,” says Mrs. X, who rattles off famous songs with sunshine in the title, “Sunshine of My Love,” by Cream, “Sunshine On My Shoulders,” by John Denver, “Walking on Sunshine,” by Katrina and the Waves, “You Are the Sunshine of My Life,” by Stevie Wonder and the Beatles’ “Good Day Sunshine” and “Here Comes the Sun.”

And now here comes “Monday Sunshine,” Mrs. X’s take on the sun as her musical muse.

Returning as producer of the “Pop à la carte” project, Sefi Carmel is well known for having worked with megastars the likes of B.B. King, David Bowie, Birdy and others. Also making a return engagement is M. Dwizzy, adding a dash of his Jamaican spice to the rap backing vocals.

Two newbies join the “Pop à la carte” project, adding their talents to the international band of over forty musicians, collaborating with Mrs. X. From north to south there is the unique rap performer YYZ out of Canada with his energetic voice performance and producer/ DJ from Sao Paulo, Brazil, who’s best known by his palindromic stage name KZNZK. 

KZNZK splits his gigging between the hottest clubs in Brazil and in the United States. He was fortunate to work with Gio, WeTech, Sir Piers, Bruno Santos and others.

“It is invigorating to be working with such an array of talented musicians from all around the world. It brings a ray of sunshine into my life, every day,” smiles Mrs. X, whose popularity is rapidly going global.
