Innovative (www.lcdarms.com) is pleased to announce that David Fox has joined the company as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining Innovative, Mr. Fox spent 10 years with DenTek Oral Care as President and CEO.   DenTek is the leading marketer in the US of oral care accessories including floss picks, interdental brushes, and dental guards for teeth grinding.

During his tenure at DenTek, the company experienced widespread growth, and its products are now sold in over 50,000 retail stores primarily across the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico and South America.

Mr. Fox, a resident of the Philadelphia area, brings extensive experience in finance, marketing and sales management.  He holds a BS in Accounting from SUNY Albany and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago.
