Geoffrey C. Perry, selected as "Top Professional of the Year in Research Development" for 2016 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP)!

Geoffrey C. Perry, President of New Venture Medical Group, has been selected as "Top Professional of the Year in Research Development" for 2016-2017, by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). 

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations and contributions to their communities.  All honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP’s annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.

With over 10 years of professional experience in the medical research development industry, Geoffrey has certainly proved himself as an accomplished professional and expert in the field. New Venture Medical has developed products such as an anti-radiation supplement for cancer patients and an anti-malaria drug effective against drug resistant malaria and malaria during blood cycle.  Geoffrey is currently working on a Lyme’s disease treatment and vaccine as well as a Zika virus vaccine which are both due out for release at the end of 2016.  What makes Geoff and his team so unique is that they do extensive testing in a short period of time and is able to get the vaccines onto the market.

His key responsibilities as President of New Venture Medical Group, is to conduct research and development of new medical treatment protocols, oversee production development; conduct medical testing; business analysis; human kinetics; patient care development; medical product development; disease treatment research; staff development; executive office development and public speaking.

Geoffrey remains active in his community and has been recognized worldwide for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. He has been the Master of a Masonic Lodge, District Deputy Grand Master, Shriner and numerous other York Rite Bodies. For 2016 he was inducted into the International Society of Business Leaders and named “Outstanding Member of the Year,” and was selected for inclusion and named “Top Professional of the Year in Research Development” by the International Association of Top Professionals.

Looking back, Geoffrey attributes his success to his failing.  He says “every failure sets you up for a great comeback. Without failures you never know your true potential.” For the future, he will continue to grow as a professional and wants to continue to make a difference in people’s lives by developing vaccines and cures for diseases.
