About Tonya R. Noldon-Randall

Tonya is a commercial litigation attorney. She is a New York City native but has now made Orlando, Florida her home. Tonya has a broad and well-rounded background in litigation. She has served as a judicial law clerk at each level of federal court – at the federal magistrate level, at the federal trial or district court level, and at the federal appellate level when her judge sat by designation on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Tonya started practicing at a litigation boutique firm in Ohio where she handled cases involving all manner of business torts, contractual disputes, privacy law, intellectual property law, insurance law, and employment law. She also practiced commercial litigation in Pennsylvania where she second-chaired a state securities fraud trial, handled business litigation, products liability, copyright and trademark infringement, construction law, and employment law cases.
