Famed Attorney Willie E. Gary Files One Hundred Million Dollar Lawsuit against Domino's Pizza in Manslaughter Death

DETAILS:     Trial attorney Willie E. Gary and Co-Counsel Thomas Bowers will address the media regarding the filing of a lawsuit against Domino’s Pizza on behalf of the family of

Lacoltus Grady, who was killed in a May 2016 wreck caused by a Domino’s Pizza delivery driver.

The suit, filed in New Hanover County District Court by family members seeks reparations from defendant Domino’s Pizza and it’s driver, for negligence and wrongful death, vicarious liability, gross negligence and punitive damages based upon willful and wanton conduct.

Domino’s driver has already pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the tragedy.
