Author Shows Love And Support For Tamar Braxton

Writer Kimberly Hockaday is proud to announce her first poetry book, "To Tamar Braxton,With Love." This amazing poetry book was released last summer and  is currently only available on www.Blurb.com.

"To Tamar Braxton,With Love," is a touching book that was inspired by the struggles of singer Tamar Braxton who often has to deal with a lot of negativty but has shown her strength by continuing to rise above it all and overcome a lot of  issues that many women can relate to. After being made fun of for being in a domestiv violence relationship when she was young, writer Kimberly Hockaday, who is a fan of Tamar Braxton, decided to use her talent and put out a book in support of Tamar Braxton. 

Not only is this book about Tamar Braxton, but it also touches on domestic violence, self esteem issues, and simply the every day issues of being a woman. The book of poems are serious, funny, and inspiring. 

Hockaday believes in giving back and using her gift to educate, entertain, and inspire others. With this book, for every 20  copies sold a donation will be made to a domestic violence shelter.

Kimberly Hockaday is a new poet but you can be sure to look for more great work from her. She is from Roanoke Rapids, NC and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. She is also 2004 Distinguished Student Poet Of Eastern North Carolina and has a month poetry gathering called "Poetry Reading Extravganza.
