August Announced as National Accessory Month

Lindsay Ryan of Affordably Accessorized is excited to announce the debut of National Accessory Month, 31 days dedicated to the best in accessory finds, the brands and retailers that make these standout pieces available, and the bloggers and industry influencers who masterfully incorporate them into their personal style. The inaugural event will take place in August 2016.

"National Accessory Month is an opportunity to showcase the importance of accessories in today's fashion landscape, as well as highlight that these amazing accents don't have to break the bank. A focus on affordable style is incredibly relevant today as major designers continue to concept more accessible, mainstream lines for a growing number of retailers. And for bloggers like myself, it's so gratifying to curate a look that screams luxury -- but is composed entirely of pieces everyone can afford," explains Lindsay.

She continues, "This is an initiative everyone can get behind, whether it be on a large scale or smaller basis, from San Diego to Savannah to Syracuse. I invite my fellow 'smart style' influencers to spread the word and plan their own special events and promotions!"
