Alexander Miller & Associates overcomes obstacles during Houston flooding

As the Brazos River hits levels that hadn’t been seen in over 100 years, Houston braced for floods. The flooding has tragically taken the lives of six individuals, ruined homes, cars and properties, and turned streets into lakes. Houston has activated its emergency operations center and opened evacuation shelters as forecasters warned of a new round of heavy rains and flooding.

Alexander Miller & Associates have also been affected by the brutal weather and flooding. Most of the staff at AMA Firm have been dealing with this disaster on a personal level. Many of their homes and properties were flooded and damaged. Houston streets have been impossible to drive on and commuting has been a task.

Even though these circumstances, Alexander Miller & Associates have stepped up and not only met the challenge, but have also had a breakthrough month. AMA Firm's Transportation Division boasts an increase in collections over May of last year and also added several significant client’s to their portfolio. All remittance checks went out as scheduled and appointments met.
