In the first quarter of 2017 Administrative Staff College of India (A S C I) signed an agreement with SimpleCRM (www.simplecrm.com.sg) for providing a comprehensive CRM solution to help A S C I effectively manage end-to-end operations of its highly sought-after Management Development Programs (MDPs). After an exhaustive evaluation of several CRM platforms & solution providers in India, A S C I chose SimpleCRM because of its comprehensive set of relevant features, demonstrated ease of use, flexibility, scalability, as well as, SimpleCRM's other reference-able customers in similar domain, such as Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A).

2. Program Management & related Modules

3. Participant Portal & MI System

SimpleCRM's Participant Portal is designed to track participant personal details, program booking status, upcoming programs, history of programs attended, book and track travel details, download case study material, review program schedule (sessions), faculty profile, feedback/survey feature. It allows participants to get a 360-degree view of each program that they have enrolled and booked along with payment history.
